Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to our present moment experience in a non-judgmental way.  As we develop mindfulness, we can more easily respond skillfully to our experiences rather than react habitually. 

Winter 2024: 5-wk Intro to Meditation Course 

Wednesdays, Jan. 31st - Feb. 28th, 12:00 - 1:15pm

In this course, we will learn sitting, walking and other meditation practices to help us be more mindful in everyday life. When we do meditation, we can see more clearly our habits, and a way to free ourselves from that which doesn't serve us or the world. Each class will include short meditation sessions, a Question and Answer period, and Homework for the week.

Suggested Donation: $80-$120 (no one will be turned away due to inability to donate - please contact Denise)
